Do you have any previous experience as a member of staff? (IRL/RS) I have been working in a co-manager spot for my job. I assign work dates for other employees and run the desk on some occasions.
Why do you think you would be a good General? I have been playing Runescape since 2003 and have a lot of knowledge about the game. Especially Old School.
